Flash into Web Design

Flash is a Adobe product that helps you create a animation, movie or video for web. The project that we created with Adobe Flash CS3 Professional is an animation about our web site. The Animation that I made was a stick figure ninja named Kakashi doing the chidori. This was his original move.

A Flash .html file can be embedded into your website with the use of the Adobe program know as Dreamweaver. This program helps you create your website in two ways, by code or design. The way to insert the flash .html is to insert a flash animation.

You would use Flash to create animations for the web. You would use it because the program has a feature that lets you publish the animation. By doing this you can create .html, .swf files. These files can then be inserted into your website by using Dreamweaver. The Flash program lets you export your video however you want it to be.

The Difference Between .swf and .html

The difference between .swf and .html is that .html is for web browsers and shows you the final project while .swf can be changed and edited or even combined while .html's can not. Swf files can be viewed by flash only while an .html can be viewed with any web browser.

My First Templete

The purpose of this site was to help others with their games problems. The color shceme for this site was made to these colors because of the fact that these colors made people feel that they were talking or getting help form people who knew there way around the games that they were helping people with. The forum page on the website helps gamers talk and get to know each other and maybe even get and share secrets. This site also lets those who join it for there voices to be heard.

Lab # 13 Web Banner

The way this banner was supposed to work was in the fact that the text on it would have a moving feel. This would make it seem as if it was coming to life. The glows and emboss on it caused that feel. They also gave it a sort of ominous feel. The rest of the site goes with this because of the rest of the background and the text.

If I was to change this in any way, I would probably add the Ken Burns effect to it but I would only limit it to the text. That would help the rest of the site because it adds that mythological feel that the game series has.

Lab # 12 Name Plate

The purpose of this nameplate was to give a scary feel to those that visit the site. This name plate goes with the rest of the theme for the site. It is one of those hard to read that is pretty easy to read. This is one of those things that is easy. The purpose of this was scare people off.

The web templete

I want my website to be able to help people. I want it to look like the MTV site but it should have the organization of the Amazon website. This is very important because without organization the site will be all over the internet and people would not be able to find what they need. I want it the look of the MTV site because it appels to teh young people and that is my traget audience. The difference between these site is there intended use and there target audience.

Web Design Expectations

There are certain things that I hope to get out of this class. Some of these things are the fact that by the end of the term that I should be able to know what the dreamweaver program is and all of its functions. This is good for me because it lets me create a career and lets me make money. I should also be able to learn what the Internet is capable of doing so that I can make the most out of it. I also hope to learn how to make my own websites so that I can communicate with people all over the world and express my ideas and thoughts. I also hope that by the end of this class I am able to learn how to edit/update my websites. I hope to get a good grade in this class.
